- Stainless Steel Cleaner - Apply hot water and the stainless steel cleaning solution to a soft sponge, mixing thoroughly. Proceed to wipe and rinse your drinkware clean.
- Baking Soda or Vinegar – Sprinkle baking soda or vinegar on dampened affected area, let it sit for 5-10 minutes and scrub with a non-abrasive or soft sponge.

Silverware Care Instructions
First time use: Hand wash your new silverware thoroughly in hot water using a mild soap or detergent. Rinse with fresh water. Dry immediately with a soft cloth.
Everyday use: Keep your flatware looking beautiful by washing with (mild detergent) and hot water immediately after use. Utensils are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is highly recommended. If using a dishwasher, some best practices are to load forks and spoons handles down, tines and bowls up. Place knives in a separate basket with sharp ends down to prevent scratching and unwanted contact with other dishes. Do not mix different metals in the same load
Tip: To keep it looking its best, avoid prolonged contact with tea, coffee, vinegar, salt, mustard, mayo and eggs which can stain, pit and erode your silverware. Do not use heavy duty or heavily chlorinated powders, liquids or gels. Cleaners containing lemon or orange additives will cause corrosion. Your flatware is stain-less, not stain proof!
Special Cleaning: A quality stainless steel polish can be used to remove discolorations from hard water or stubborn spots on the exposed stainless steel only. Knife blades are particularly sensitive. Never clean handles with stainless steel polish. Follow polish instructions very carefully as these products contain strong chemicals that must be thoroughly rinsed.
Do not use steel wool, scouring pads, oven cleaners, bleach, or strong abrasive cleaners.
Note: Everyday use may result in minor scratching; this will not interfere with performance.
Automatic dishwashing can harmful to all powder coated handles. Our warranty does not cover dishwasher damage to the powder coated handles.
Tips:
- Never soak flatware for long periods or overnight.
- Do not pour detergent directly on flatware.
- Try different detergents to see which is most compatible with your stainless, but always ensure detergents are non-acidic and meant for stainless steel.
Remember:
- Each piece is hand painted by a member of our team. Because of this, no piece will be exactly the same.
- The set roll pockets are for shipping only and are not meant as a long term storage solution.
